There are many cases where it can be technically
difficult or costly to meet modern hygiene requirements – but
this is where the patented Vapocid®-Tray offers a real solution, because
it can be used in three ways: as a washing tray (e.g. in thermo-disinfectors),
as a normal working tray, and as sterile packaging within one tray
system.

Individual assembly means that each working tray can be optimally equipped. The plastic fixtures will also hold the instruments in a diagonal or slanted position. A washing cover can be used for washing and disinfecting, eliminating the need for an extra washing basket. The Vapocid®-Tray can be stacked so as to save space during transport and storage. |

The Vapocid ®- Tray conforms to CE and it can be supplied
in a variety of sizes and materials. Part No. 38501 - 1/1 - Standard Tray (288 x 189 x 47 mm) Part No. 38502 - 1/2 - Standard Tray (189 x 144 x 47 mm) made entirely of special stainless steel Part No. 38525 - 1/1 - Standard Tray made of special steel Part No. 38523 - 1/2 - Standard Tray made of special steel both with plastic covers (top + bottom) The plastic covers (top + bottom) can always be replaced with special stainless steel parts at a later stage. |
